MAN WHO FALLS ASLEEP IN COURT AND SNORES HAS CASE ADJOURNED

first_imgThis is the man who had to be woken by a Judge after he nodded off and began snoring in a Donegal court.Gary Gillen – caught a bit of shut-eye in court!Gary Gillen, of Guesthouse End Street, Raphoe, began to snore loudly and had to be awoken by his solicitor Patsy Gallagher.However, Gillen, a singer-songwriter, fell asleep again and failed to answer the court when his case was called. Judge Paul Kelly called the case again and noticed that Gillen, 36, was asleep again at the rear of the courtroom.Solicitor Mr Gallagher was again forced to wake his client from his sleep.Judge Kelly then asked Mr Gallagher if his client was fit enough to attend court?The case proceeded once Gillen had been woken by Mr Gallagher when he poked him in the side.
